Work Experience
Senior Graphic Designer
Weave, 2017-2023
- Did a very versatile range of design projects that helped take a start-up company of 120 employees to a public company of 900 employees.
- Lead and contributed to many external marketing assets that include materials such as digital and print ads, email campaigns, web design, and other lead-generating campaigns, as well as marketing collateral like brochures, eBooks, case studies, one-pagers, and more.
- Lead and contributed to internal design projects such as employee swag, wall murals, and other fun projects that had the sole purpose of showing employee appreciation and building team morale.
- Contributed to several company rebrands as we grew so rapidly, including all aspects of a brand identity like logo, color, voice, vision, and visibility.
- Contributed to internal brand identity and vision as we moved locations three times as we grew—giving us the opportunity to tell a story with environmental design.
- In the early stages of Weave when it was just me and my Creative Director, we had to be really scrappy. I was heavily involved in all aspects of creative and worked closely with the CEO to see his and Weave’s vision through. We handled all of Weave’s creative, including photography and video, some of which I led myself. My mentality is, if I don’t know how to do it I can figure it out.
