MetricMaster Progressive Form

I wanted to created an example of a progressive form for information gathering on a website and created this short section for a made up brand called MetricMaster. The idea was to explore each step of the form and ideally would test to see if there are areas users are dropping out of the process. It was a fun project that I hope to explore further.
